Yukon

Yukon, the cold and quiet part of Canada with the population around 34,000. It's is straight north from British Columbia and one of the territories in Canada. The Yukon is famous for their scenery, culture and outdoor activities. If you want to go shopping, the Yukon probably isn't the best place to go. Yukon is one place I would love to go because I love how everything is nature there, along with the northern lights during Winter. The best time to go to the Yukon is during Late Spring, the weather is amazing with the temperature is not so cold or not so hot. In the Yukon there isn't an airport where you can go from Whitehorse( Capital City ) to somewhere else in Asia. There is only a few planes going to Vancouver and Calgary, other than that if you're not from Vancouver or Calgary you would have connect flights from Vancouver or Calgary's International Airport. Tickets are around $500 round trip from Vancouver to Whitehorse. You probably shouldn't upgrade your seats because it is a short flight.
flights with Air North around May 2012

If you're on a tight budget you should stay at the Stop in Family Hotel($89/a night)  located in behind Whitehorse's Superstore on Ray Street.
